Q. What is the difference between a modular home and a double wide home?

A. Modular Home is built to local building codes, a Double Wide home is built to the Federal HUD Code.

Q. How long does it take from the time I order my home untill the point I can move into it?

A. About 8 to 12 weeks

Q. Do you handle site improvements (septics, wells, driveways, etc.)?

A. We can complete all site improvements for you.

Q. Are there warranties on the homes you sell?

A. All our homes come with warranties. One year on parts and labor and ten years on the structure

Q. What about service?

A. We have our own service crew and also one provided by the factory.

Q. What are the insulation factors in your homes?

A. All our homes are built with 2X6 walls and 6 inches of insulation.

Q. What is included in the price?

A. Our prices always include delivery, set up and utility hookups, skirting, steps and tie downs

Q. Do you provide site inspections prior to purchasing a home?

A. Site inspections are provided at no cost to our customers

Q. What brand of homes do you sell?

A. We sell homes by Skyline, Champion, and Ritz-Craft.

Q. Do you take trade-ins?

A. Yes we do

Q. Can we pick our own colors?

A. You can pick your own color scheme.

Q. Do you customize floorplans?

A. Yes, you can customize.

Q. Can we add fireplaces, sliding doors, etc.?

A. We can add fireplaces, sliding doors, french doors, bay windows, upgraded appliances, etc.
